Return to Fitness

When illness, stress, change in life circumstances or stage, or a new medical diagnosis prevents you from exercising it can be hard to return to fitness. Guidance with a qualified and supportive physiotherapist supports your resilience, capacity, and safety to progress back to your previous baseline and beyond.

Bone Health

Maintenance of strong bone is crucial as we progress through life to protect against bony injuries. After menopause bone density reduces due to hormonal changes. Guided exercise and resistance training, helps improve and maintain strong bones to reduce fracture risk. This ideally begins in adolescence but is essential in the peri-menopausal years.

Pregnancy and Post Partum
