We assist in empowering women, facilitating capability with current life demands. Whether you are a first-time mum, student, pregnant or postmenopausal we can help you progress towards your goals.

At Next Wave Therapy in O’Connor, our physiotherapist Amy McNicholas and occcupational therapist Carleen Ginter lead the women’s health and fitness program, helping you excel in sport, manage pelvic health, prevent and manage osteoporosis, and ultimately enhance your quality of life.

What Is Involved?

Initial Assessment

Delivering high quality physiotherapy and occupational therapy care begins with a comprehensive initial assessment to get to know you and your personal needs. This may include the use of ultrasound to assess pelvic floor function.
This consult is required to allow for the development of a program specifically tailored for you and your goals.
