6 years ago Jonathan and Sasha Wray took the plunge to start Next Wave Therapy.. Leading up to this they had a shared passion to deliver a high quality therapy service within a wellness model.
The vision manifested when they found themselves living in the Fremantle area with two young children.
Where did the name Next Wave come from?
Next Wave Therapy was named primarily because of their other shared passion, the ocean.
But the name “Next Wave” was also chosen to give a narrative about their philosophy for therapy and the pursuit of wellness.
Next Wave tells the story of always seeking the best experience while also enjoying the moment. This is aligned with their mission to help the people of the greater Fremantle area to move, think and feel alive.
Each person’s “Next Wave” is everything they hope and dream for in living well. The science and art of recovery or creating change is in addressing the bio-psycho-social-spiritual and occupational changes needed for the wave to appear.

Within 3 years of starting Next Wave Therapy they moved into larger premises and expanded their team of therapists.
