Come and help us spread the paint and spread the Blue Tree Project message that “it’s ok to not be ok”.
Get your painting gear on, bring some lunch to snack on and join us on this special day as part of Mental Health Week., Fri 15th October 2021
Hilton Harvest Community Garden’s beautiful tree stump, brought many people together when it was carved 6 years ago.
With a new coat of blue, we hope it will have a reignited role in bringing people together and to help spark difficult conversations and encourage people to speak up when battling mental health concerns.
Our hope is that the Blue Tree in our local community will encourage people to speak up and seek support for their pain, build friendships and combat the silent epidemic of loneliness.
This event is brought to you by Hilton Harvest Community Garden and Next Wave Therapy.
The Next Wave Team will be on hand to chat to about how we may be able to help with your mind-body health.
